Located within walking distance of the beach and close to the center of this bustling resort town, this hotel is a convenient place to stay. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, and breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. The pool is refreshing and a perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. There is also a shop located on-site offering affordable pool accessories and beach gear.

The staff in the restaurant could be more attentive to their guests' needs.

the value for money was great, as i had to stay 18 days with my family. some of the staff was nice and communicative and the food was good.

they did not clean the room properly, (i traveled with my baby girl, so it really mattered) they do not answer to room service orders, most of them speak poor english or any other international language, so the communication is severely compromised, most of the staff is not customer orientated.... and so on and so forth....

location - too far away from the beach ?

I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money at this hotel. The prices were incredibly reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for my money. Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel staff made sure that everything was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms with ample space to the balcony with a lovely view. I also appreciated the location, as it was conveniently close to the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The hotel is a nice one, a real three star hotel, but is a little to far from the beach. The room was clean, and also the bathroom. Big pool on the outside, clean watter. The staff was very polite, many parking places, and if you choose to pay at the reception it is cheeper.

The breakfast was not so various.

The room size was good, and the bed was comfy. The hotel did offer free wifi in public areas, which was a bonus. The location was okay, but the beach was a bit of a walk to get to.

The food was mediocre, and the drinks selection was very limited. The staff was not particularly helpful or friendly.

The location was not great. It was 10min walking distance to the beach. It wasn't so bad but this was the weakest characteristic of the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean rooms and good space on the balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to a variety of restaurants and bars along the seafront. The breakfast provided had a decent selection, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Nothing to like in this hotel

So this is the worst hotel we have ever been to in Golden Sands. First of all they have lost our reservation even if it was paid in advance by credit card. After some negotiations they have given us a room - a dirty room with dirty walls, dirty laundry, dirty towels. The hotel reservation said internet in public spaces for free. No it costs. they have some sort of machine that gives you coins for wireless never seen before. We have left earlier than scheduled. Don't go to this hotel if you want a nice holiday in Golden Sands!

Clean and spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning. The hotel is located within walking distance to the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants. The all-inclusive drinks at the pool bar were refreshing.

The food options were quite limited and sometimes repetitive. The staff were not always friendly or welcoming in their interactions.
